Is there a way of sending email to all users in Jira?

I need to send an email to all the Jira users in my company. Is there a way to do this inside Jira?

yes, you can send an email to Jira users using available functionality in Administration:

Administration > System > Mail > Send email

JIRA has a "Send Mail" option under Administration > System > Mail > Send E-mail
