Is there a way to add reply to customer in JIRA software?

we are planning to use JIRA software project as our our internal help desk for a small team in our org. Everything works well but the only

Hi Habeeb - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Of course, you will be able to respond to the customer. But I would encourage you to consider the Jira Service Management product because it is specifically created for Help Desks and has built in functionality for better communicating with the customer.
