Is there a way to add workflow to move tickets between different boards?

Hi @Jordan Zhang,

First, issues do not belong to boards, they belong to projects.

So you can not move them from one board to another board. You can show them on a board or not. This is configured by the boards filter.

You can define a workflow and show some of the status on one board and the other status on another board.

No.

Boards are not containers for issues, so there is no such thing as "move between boards".

  • If you want to have an issue that stops showing on a board when it changes status, then set the board filter to exclude the new status.
  • If you want to have an issue that starts showing on a board when it changes status, then set the board filter to include the new status.

Those rules apply to any field, not just status.
