Is there a way to allow multiple users to edit a dashboard in Jira?

We have dashboards shared with any  logged in users. However, we want multiple people to have editing rights to the dashboard/filters within the dashboard. Is this possible?

Is there a way this can be requested as a feature? Seems like this is a collaboration killer.
