Is there a way to always show full list of issues on Jira Agile board?

When using Jira Agile board with significant amount of issues in backlog (800 for example) the board hides part of the list under "show all xyz Issues" option.  This actually creates a number of problems for regular (non-engineering) users. Is there a way to turn off this optimization for Jira Agile board display?

@Lena Pavlovskaia I dont think this can be done the reason is if you have Jira load that 800 on the Agile board then that would consume a lot of memory on the server every time a user load this board and if all of your team (lets says 100 users) are using the same board then that would a huge load on the server and that would have performance impact.
