There are two different people a ticket can be assigned to.
If a field has a value, it should go to person A. If it does not have a value, it should go to Person B.
Is there a way I can set this up in a post function or something in the workflow?
Not possible on onDemand as it requires some customization/plugins.
I am interested in this for non-ondeman.
