Is there a way to change the base url for my Jira Software Free Subscription?

If not will deleting my Jira Software subscription and creating a new subscription allow me to accomplish the same thing?

This is answered in another thread. TL;DR - You cannot, you'll need Atlassian support, which doesn't come in a free solution.

I'm not sure if you can just recreate your instance, but it might work.
