Is there a way to create hierarchy in fields

I need to implement 3 -4 levels of hierarchy in field  where the content of sub-field will change based on top field selection

There is the Cascading List field, but this only allows two levels of hierarchy, so you could only have list a,b,c with a sub-list of a.1,a.2..., b.1,b.2.... etc. based off your first answer. There is no built-in option to have more than these two levels of hierarchy, but there may be an add-on which can help with this

I am aware of 2 level of hierarchy  but i need more.  

Can you suggest which add-on can help.

I'm not sure about cloud, however
