Is there a way to customize the Epic Panel as seen in Lab Features showing Estimate value etc.

Currently we can see number of Issues, Completed, Unestimated and Estimate. It would be really helpfull to also be able to see Points remaining till done. 

Is there a way to customize this?

Not sure if I understood your needs correctly but you may try adding one of the below fields (Native JIRA Fields) to your card layout on the Kanban board and check if one of them answer to your exact needs. 

Fields are also available to add as a column while searching for issues.
