Is there a way to customize the look and feel of the login page in Jira Cloud

I want to customize the design of the login page of Jira service desk cloud , can this be done ?

Alaa,

Once you log in, you can customize the welcome page. You can change the wording to the page, you can add an avatar and so forth.

no actually I mean the page when you first signup after getting the invitation by email
