Is there a way to deploy third party plugins for JIRA without using Marketplace?

We have JIRA deployed in a classified environment and can't access the Atlassian Marketplace from our JIRA instance. However, we are interested in leveraging third party plug ins like ScriptRunner and Ceptah Bridge. Is this possible?

Hi Crystal,

you can download the apps as jar-file and upload them manually to your instance.
