Our teams want to be able to go to their own Team Managed boards and see tickets created for them on other project boards. Is there a way to duplicate tickets so they can complete them on their own board? This data would need to replicate on the original ticket for progress updates. Is this possible?
Is the current project CMP or TMP. If the former then you can create multiple boards without duplicating issues. I'm not sure I understand the need to duplicate which could become unnecessarily complex.
Right now we only use Team Member Projects. We want an easier way to see all tickets assigned to 1 person on their main board they work off of. You can see tickets in the my work section but we want it to reflect on that team managed board. We can sometimes have 4-5 team managed projects that 1 person is involved with.
Having one place for them to look at their current open tickets is what we are shooting for!

by default in TMP you get one board. Individuals could create a kanban board using a filter (e.g. project = mytmp and assignee = username. The board can be saved to a Location = the user's profile and a shortcut made on the sidebar.

Hi @Krista Dyer ,
In your board have a configuration "Filter Query" similar to
"project = <project_name> ORDER BY Rank ASC".
May be a good solution is remove "project = <project_name>" and put "assignee = currentUser()"
In this board you can see all issues assigned to currentUser.
Is important that the user have permission in all projects where need see the tickets.

Thanks for this suggestion! I have tried this and it is not pulling the tickets into the new board I created. I have full admin permissions on all boards.
We do only use Team Managed boards. I dont know if that makes it a difference.

Hi the best way is to create a rule on the other projects when ever a ticket is assigned to any of your team member to create a task or story for your team on your own project board
