Hi everyone.
My company has built their own in-house Notion/Confluence type database that I'm trying to build out an Operations and Project Tracking page for. For some context:
1. Yes, we have Confluence, but not the plan that allows you to only share a single PAGE. This limitation is what I'm currently trying to find a workaround for.
2. Yes, I'm aware Notion and other external sites have an Jira integration that allows for this, but I'm really trying to avoid having yet ANOTHER login for people to access information. I would like it readily available in the resources we already have.
I have my own "free" version of a Jira board where I track all technical requests for fixes and enhancements across our website, ESP, Shopify, and Misc and I'm aiming to allow my non-technical teammates to have visibility into the requested tickets without being able to edit/needing to be in my Jira workspace/needing to login to an additional platform to see information.
This could be as simple as something that just pulls Summary, Status, and Description to something as complex as a full embed. I just need a solution that is cheap or free and doesn't require everyone viewing to have their own account to access.
Thank you!
Seems dangerous, perhaps, but have you tried making a public Dashboard:

And then embedding it?

Bah, I actually signed up for Notion to tried this and it failed.
Notion apparently can only embed stuff it "knows" about, and it does not know Jira Dashboards, even if they're public. Sorry. :-{
