Is there a way to export the project category field in an excel extract with all other issue data?

I'd like to get an issue to extract like a basic extract but in addition to the project, I'd like to add the project category.  Am I missing an option or does that just not exist?

@Dave Markowski If your desired target format is Excel, then you can either use a dedicated template in Better Excel Exporter for Jira Cloud for exporting Jira projects details (works out of the box) or customize an issue export template and add project category information to that.

if you're open to solutions from the Atlassian Marketplace, this is available in the app that my team is working on, JXL for Jira.

JXL is a full-fledged spreadsheet/table view for your issues that allows viewing, inline-editing, sorting and filtering by all your issue fields, plus a number of "smart fields" that aren't natively available. The project category is one of these fields.

From here, you can export your table to Excel with just one click.
