The idea of this would be so that the manager of our team can show in meetings a breakdown of what projects his team has been working on the most, per week/month/year.
We have 4 main projects and we would like to visually see a breakdown of how many hours are spent on each one.
There is a group of 5 of us developers who work across all 4 of these projects, therefore the hours logged would have to be of just ours (not entirely essential).
I can view the hours logged per person, restricted to a certain project, using the timesheet but this doesn't give any visual information or a breakdown of how time is spent specifically on each project.
That is a pretty common use case for sure but unfortunately you cannot present that information in a Jira Pie Chart Out-of-the-Box. You'll need to install or have already installed another App that will provide such functionality such as Tempo Timesheets, EazyBI, Timesheet tracking for Jira or similar.
Sincerely,
Bryan McMillan
