Is there a way to identify which transition was used to change status on a custom workflow?

If we have multiple transitions between two statuses, is there a way to log which transition was used to change the status under 'all activity'??

For example, if we have statuses: IN REVIEW and APPROVED with three transitions between them...one transition "approve with high risk" another "approve with low risk", and "approve with no risk". We'd like to be able to see that it went from IN REVIEW to APPROVED based on the fact that someone used the "approve with no risk" path/transition.

Maybe creating Resolution values like "Approved with no Risk" and setting the Resolution of your ticket to it?

In any case you could just use the Post Function of your transition and do as you like. Could be even a custom field.

Similar scenario with us. We have status that has 'All' enabled, and a very direct transition to it. I can't tell which is used by my users
