We have the Jira plugin installed in Slack
I can type /jira create and a Jira form pops up in Slack with all the fields and values from our Jira setup.
But the one critical field/input that is missing is the ability to add attachments to the ticket like you can when you create one directly from Jira.
Is there a way to do this directly from Slack? Some setting that we are forgetting?

We could really use this feature, although we need it for JSM, but the same underlying issue is that we are unable to upload attachments in Slack (/helpdesk, /assist, etc). I've tried setting up a Jira Field and including that field in Request Type, and also tried creating a Form with an attachment field and then attaching that Form to the Request Type, and both methods don't work. The attachment field just doesn't show up.
