Is there a way to limit which Epics are listed in the left side panel when in planning mode?

Is there a way to limit which Epics are listed in the left side panel when in planning mode?  Right now I can see all the epics.  But i have two scrum teams, i want to limit their board to the epics that are related to them.

If you have (or can get) Adaptavist Scriptrunner, you can use the linkedIssuesOf(subquery, "is Epic of") JQL function described here: https://scriptrunner.adaptavist.com/4.3.1/jira/jql-functions.html#_linkedissuesof , but you may need to so some cleanup depending on your version of JIRA, see https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/GHS-10243 and https://answers.atlassian.com/questions/181365/multiple-epic-story-link-issuelinktype-which-stops-queries-working .
