ServiceRocket's Salesforce & JIRA Cloud Connector
Right now we map values between SF Status and JIRA Status to reconcile our product boards with our CRM cases to show when items are in "Backlog", "In Progress", "Done."
Ideally, we would map a JIRA "Release Status" to a SF Case Status so our support team knows when that version has been released, and it's safe to Closed the case with a client.
Does anyone know if it's possible to do something like this? Or any ideas on how to map fields related to "Release Status"?

This is not supported at the moment.
As of now, the connector only supports to map Fix version/s field with Salesforce field(Multi picklist).
Perhaps you can raise your idea as a feature request at https://ideas.atlassian.servicerocket.com/. Here are the steps:
1) Click on "Add a new idea"
2) Choose a product
3) Fill in a summary of the idea
4) Add supporting details. We would suggest to include your use case and add as many supporting details as possible.
5) Fill in your email address. Note: Registered account will be able to create new Idea, vote existing Ideas and track them.
6) Share the idea
By doing this, your feature/improvement request goes through proper review and prioritisation process by the Product Team. Rest assured, no feature/improvement request is taken for granted.
