Is there a way to put a drop down menu in the issue collector?

Has anyone done this or is there any documentation on how to do this? Our users wanted to be able to select from a dropdown list and i was unable to find how to do this.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Mike,

If your issue type has the drop down list field associated with it, you can add that field to the form.

Thank you nbhushan. I was researching and found this regarding creating a custom field, "Select list", and adding the appropriate selections to the drop down list. Then adding this custom field to the issue collector.
