Is there a way to return to the old JIRA UI?

Can I pls returd to my old Jira, I cannot execute my tests with the new Jira. It will not allow me

Short answer: No :(

Only temporary in some cases, see the other answer by @Fabrizio Galletti

But sooner or later Jira Cloud will be permanently on the new UI.

Are you talking about "New jira layout" interface?

If you are on jira cloud, bottom left on your icon , "turn off for now"
