Is there a way to see a total of story points per swim lane in my Scrum Board?

I have specified swim lanes on my Scrum Board.  I can see the story points in the cards, but I'd like to see the total story points per each swim lane.  Is there a way to do this?

This is the Out of the box ! feature, currently it is not possible. Even there is no plugin to achieve this.
