When i unarchive a project, i can not see the information of this project. Can you explain if its posible to see this historic information of a project when you archive and then unarchive the project in Jira Cloud.

I created a scheme that when i unarchived a project, it should give me access just to view the information (tasks, timesheet reports, etc), but this doesn't happen.

Hope you can help

Hi @Alex Baldeón Arana

Welcome to the Community!

What do you see when you unarchive a project?

Hello Liam, sorry for the late response .... what i am finding is that when archived a project i can't see the historic information such as the work time reports that are fed into this project. Wich is why we decide to put this projects with a name. (archived_ProjectName) and just change the scheme permissions structure.

If you have any tips where we can use the option archive in Jira Cloud and still see the historic information that we need to use in some reportes, i will aprecciate it.

As a Jira or site admin, you can access the archive and: view when a project was archived, view which user archived a project , restore a project that was archived. And when  you unarchive the project you should also have access to this project. You should check permission scheme not  miss things up,  verify that you have browse permission to project.

Kind regards,

Moses
