We use a JIRA dashboard widget to track the hours of each employee in a neat table. It's great except that sometimes employee forget to log their hours and we can easily detect it by look at this table. Is there a way to automatically send out an email to people who have logged less than 4 hours of work a day for example?
As in the case of the onDemand the list of the available plugins is limited https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/AOD/Atlassian+OnDemand+Plugin+Policy the gadet is provided by https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/jira-timesheet-plugin. It has a feature to export time track data into an excel sheet where you can process day by day. If you need more than a remote apllication can be developed (or found on the marketplace?) that access the onDemand vie REST API. This application can be a webapp, a desktop app or even a mobile app.

Hi Istvan,
How can we resolve this using the Tempo plugin. We need JIRA Administrator login credentials right? I cam through this page https://tempoplugin.jira.com/wiki/spaces/TEMPO/pages/172785886/Configuring+Tempo+scheduler, but I am not sure if we can use this for dashboards also. Please help.
