Is there a way to set a default preference when adding a Linked Issue?

When adding a linked issue to a ticket, is there a way for me to set my default preference for this dropdown?

Ideally, I would like this to default to 'relates to' each time rather than 'is blocked by':

The Jira issue link type options are shared across the Jira environment, and it is impossible to set a default issue link type in Jira Cloud today.
