Basically, I'm using Roadmaps in Align and am filtering on just two epics. Also doing Color By: as State. I copy the URL and send it to others, but that just brings up the basic Roadmaps view without the applied filters.
I don't see a share view or filter or any option to allow others to see this roadmap as I have laid it out. Am I missing something?
Hi @Denise Nance ,
Yes, I wasn't able to figure this out in Jira with the Basic Roadmap.
A free alternative is to this is importing your Jira data to Visor and then making a roadmap with Visor's Gantt view. The data will stay in sync with Jira. You can import all your nested hierarchy data (e.g., multiple epics). https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1226209/visor-flexible-spreadsheet-for-jira-roadmapping-bulk-edits?hosting=cloud&tab=overview
I hope that helps!

It does in a way. I was hoping there was some way to do it without upgrading or downloading something new.
Thanks for checking!

Are the epics from the same project? Basic Roadmaps only allows you to visualize one project at a time. (Need to upgrade to Advanced Roadmaps for more.)

Yes, the same project. I can see the epics, I can apply the filters, but when trying to share out that view (via the URL) the people wo open the URL don't see the Roadmap with my filters added.
I'm coming to the conclusion that there is no way to do this without Advanced Roadmap. Seems silly and such an easy feature to add since you can share a filter in Jira Cloud as well.
