Is there a way to suppress sending emails to the user who initiated a change?

Can we suppress email from being sent to the user who initiated the a change. 

For example: If i create/edit an issue, dont send me an email about even though I want to know when other issues are created/edited by other users.

Hi,

You can set this under your user Profile (click your icon at the top right, select Profile, then Preferences, then change 'My Changes'.
