Hi Sherwin,

With Jira Service Management, it is possible. You nog have purchased Jira Software?

Could you maybe elaborate a bit more?

Kind regards,

Bert

Hi @Sherwin Soriano ,

Jira Service Management is designed for this. Alternatively, without apps, you could use an automation rule to calculate a number or date/time field. This could be calculated on a schedule.

However, keep in mind that with a premium subscription you only have 1000 automation calculations per month per user.

Kind regards,

Bert
