I have a redundant, backup instance of our production Jira. And I want to turn off everyone's filter subscriptions because they are receiving duplicates, one from production, and one from the backup (since the backup is basically an XML Restore of production).
Apart from shutting down the backup instance completely, is there some "backdoor" way to turn off filter subscritpion email notifications?
Hi Brian,
I have similar situation as to yours.
One production server, multiple test instances.
I do need email to be enabled for testing purposes on Test servers.
Is there a way while taking XML backup to just exclude the information of issue filter subscriptions?
You could remove the email server information. You would want to flush the mail queue from time to time.

Ok thanks. If I remove the email server info, then why would I need to flush the queue if there were no emails?
