We have a handful of teams but we want to be able to see their total amount of jira issues in one common backlog. And we want to be able to manage one prioritization for each team, but also one total prioritization for all teams. Is there a simple way to accomplish this?
We want to be able to filter only a certain teams issues in order for the team to be able to make an internal priority.
We also would like to see to what team each issue belongs in the backlog.
Hi @Tomas_Tikkanen, welcome to the Community!
In addition to @Tony Rossiter's excellent comments above, here's a conversation regarding issue filters for multiple boards in one project.
Let us know if you have any problems.
Cheers,

To put issues from multiple projects into one backlog, you don't need a separate project but rather a Kanban or Scrum board with a filter that includes all of the issues you want to prioritize. Here's a high level overview of boards:

A couple of things to consider regarding your question about prioritization:
Lastly, you can configure what you see on the cards on the board as well as in the Issue Detail View. Just need to be an admin on the board or know who is to include the team field you want.
