Alright here is my scenario, I have a release planned ( Version 1.0 ) with multiple cross project teams working on it. And these teams involved, have their own sprints running in parallel where they take stories from multiple releases.

Now what i want to see is the progress of my release ( Version 1.0 ) as the sprints progress. Is it possible?

If not, can someone please recommend an alternative to view a release burndown?

Hi @Sujith G. Srivathsava

Yes. You can track the whole release in a single release burndown chart by using the Release Burnup Burndown Chart gadget offered  by our app Great Gadgets for Jira

This gadget is based on a filter. So all you have to do is to create a filter that includes all the issues from your release. Then configure the gadget to use the new filter, set the release start/end dates and the estimation. It supports various estimation methods. Optionally, you can choose to display forecast, milestones and include the sub-tasks in the calculation.
