Is there a way to view which plug-ins are available for on-demand?

I get questions often from my organization finding out if this or that plug-in is usable in on-demand. Often the answer is no but sometimes it is either optional or possible but I have no way to see a list, though of course I can view by most other criteria in the marketplace.

I was advised that there is a list of bundled plugins here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/AOD/Atlassian+OnDemand+Plugin+Policy

but I also wonder if this is a definitive list and/or are there additional plugins that can be added outside of what is bundled;

if so and if they ( I would guess ) are available via the marketplace, is it possible to sort on that criteria.
