Is there a way to visualize blockers on user stories in jira?

I want the team to be able to see how many user stories are blocked during the sprint and for how long they are blocked for.

Blocked how? Using linking between issues or some other method (ie label/status)? If you're talking during sprint, then linking between issues isn't the best method because that kind of linking assumes the work for one issue is complete before the next issue starts (thus the block). If you're meaning that you add a label, then I don't think you can (corrected because once I thought about it, I think the label is temporary and wouldn't show in reports - hopefully someone else knows). With a status, you can run a Control Chart report to see how long the average issue is in that column.
