Is there an appropriate CRM tool that could help checking my invoicing status for individual issues?

I'm looking for a CRM tool that we can use in our organization to invoice to our client as soon as we solve an issue. Since the pricing based on each issue instead of hours spent, I haven't been able to create a solution for ourselves.

We have plans to make issue-based invoices in our app https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1221332/clerk-billing-invoicing-for-jira?hosting=cloud&tab=overview no you can create invoices based on hours logged in Jira or put the fixed price items manually.
