Is there an easy way to grant every user with emails from a certain domain access to all projects?

Hello,

In our Jira Cloud instance, each project has a certain list of users who can access it, and the jira-users group is not granted project access for security reasons.

We'd like to grant everyone from our company view access to all projects. Short of creating a group with hundreds of users, and micromanaging it as people join and depart the company, what is the easiest way to do that?

Right now, all company emails can sign up to Jira without requiring approval, but they won't be able to access any project unless specifically granted access.

I'm not sure how many projects you have and if they share common permission schemes.

You may try one of the below options

in this case you will need to update the permission schemes for all projects
