Is there an option to change the JIRA issue URL to show the summary instead of the issue id?

In Trello for example the url is consist of the card name:

https://trello.com/b/<board-id>/this-is-an-example

Right now JIRA issue URL is consist with the issue id:

https://jira.test.com/browse/TEST-1111

Is there an option to change JIRA url to be like Trello?

JIRA can't use it. The summary is not guaranteed to be unique.  Trello gets away with it because it is simple.  JIRA is far more powerful.
