Is there any chart to display developers productivity(No. of test ready issues)?

If paid add-ons are part of your research, I can recommend Enhancer Plugin which can give you lots of metrics.

You can define Resolution User custom field and get 

• Total resolutions per user gadget 
• Top Users by user custom field gadget 
• Resolutions vs reopenings gadget (If user resolves and another reopens)
• User performance gadget
