Is there any way to fetch the profield value in another custom field on issue creation screen

Is there any way to fetch the profield value of a project in another custom field on issue creation screen for that project.
E.g Let's we have a profield -accountname for a project and we have set "sapient" as the value in it , then we want this value to be fetched into another custom field on issue creation screen of that project. I am attaching screenshots for ur reference.
