What do you mean by "lock"?

Thanks for the quick response.

lock - User shouldn't make any further changes like edit/update issue.

For instance, once issue is moved to completed status, User shouldn't make any further changes to that issue.

Yes.  Set the "jira.issue.editable" property to "false" on the status in the workflows where you want to stop edits.

The default system JIRA workflow does this - if you need a worked example, copy it, edit the copy and look at the properties on the "closed" status.
