Is there anyway to migrate History and Attachment of Test Case available in ALM to JIRA?

i am migrating my Testing project to JIRA. and i am not able to find a way to migrate available history and attachment of the test cases in to JIRA from HP-ALM.

Have you migrated attachments of test cases from ALM to Jira?

If yes, please let me know, I have the same issue.
