Is there is a way when specific user creates an issue it start from specific status

I have a workflow where the status are

To be approve 

To do 

In progress

Now there is only one user who have the permission to transits the issue from to be approve to to do so I want when that user create the issue it will directly goes to To do status instead of going to To be approve status but except from that user when the other user create issue that will go to to be approve status.

You can try the Automation as shown in the attachment.

Just replace the name of user and name of status as per your requirement.

Hi Umar,

Yes, that user should have the ability to do that if they click the blue Create button in the top navigation bar. They should be able to change the Status in the Create screen to the To Do status at create time.
