We are generating tickets in Jira from Splunk based on customer interactions. We want to automatically link tickets that have the same customer id custom field value. Is this possible?
I can show you how to do this using the addon "Automation for Jira" as long as it's within the same Jira instance (it will not talk between Splunk and Jira, but it can link two issues together based on the value of a field)
Hi, man!
You could try cross-table wiget for Workspace. Use this custom field as on of axies.
Best regards,
Vasiliy

Hi Vasiliy, thanks for the suggestion. Is that a Jira Add-on? Or something else?
I can't find any reference to it anywhere.
