Hello,

I am trying to create a case for inaccuracies on a website, but it is not allowing me to create the case because I have nowhere to put field due date.

There is no line for this when I am making the case. When I try to create the case, it gives me an error saying "Field Due date is required." but there is nowhere to fill this out.

If above mentioned is correct, can you.check if you've that field in hidden section of create screen. Visit create, and untick hide unused field.

Hi @Karl Godinez ,

Welcome to the Community!  Do you use a company-managed project? If so, did you check in the corresponding field configuration? You could make the field optional if you don't want 'Due date' be required (https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/add-edit-and-delete-a-field-configuration/):

Or if you want the field to be required, did you check if it's been added to the corresponding screen? (https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/manage-issue-screens/)

If you use a team-managed project, this documentation can help: https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirasoftwarecloud/customize-an-issue-s-fields-in-team-managed-projects-951392551.html
