Issue HTML to markdown parser

Hey,
I integrated the Jira service with my project. However I have found some issues in the comment content format.

Issue Detail:

I typed some content in the text editor converted HTML to JIraMarkup and pass it to Jira but in a comment, it did not render properly(SS 1).

Now I type the same content in call JIRA post API from Postman and get comment in Markup format. Now I copied those comments and sent the same comment content from Postman and see on Jira ticket output content is not rendered properly ( SS 2 , SS 3 )

Does anyone have an idea of why it is happening?

Welcome to community!

I would recommend taking all of your logs and opening a ticket with atlassian support as they ca generally review logs in more detail to determine the issue. And can also check in your database if there is anything uniquely going on

I am a bit confused one what you are looking for an update on

As I mentioned in my previous response once you have your log files you would want to open a request with Atlassian Support: https://support.atlassian.com/

and they can review your logs
