Issue IDs stay the same when moving from server to cloud

We want to move from a JIRA server to JIRA cloud.  We have projects integrated with HP ALM.  When we migrate the projects to the cloud will the Issue IDs stay the same so that the Issue links to the ALM entities are preserved?

If you import the issue keys (ABS-123) should stay the same. The underlying issue ids (123456) will change
