Issue Navigator horizontal scrollbar is missing!

Since version 8.5, the horizontal scrollbar of the Issue Navigator is only visible when you scroll all the way down. This is more than just inconvenient, because if you are looking for a specific value in a column and row, you first scroll all the way down (then you can't see the column headings anymore), then scroll to the right and then try to find the right row!
It does not matter which browser use, the same feature can be seen everywhere.

Who else has the problem? Does anyone know a solution?

From my understanding the described behaviour should match the following bug which is currently in status 'waiting for release'.
