I'm trying to query issues with specific criteria. One of the criteria is a user picker custom field we call 'Responsible Manager' and while configuring columns that field won't display even after adding it to my columns. Other custom fields like a select list custom field called 'Team' does show up however.
Does the Issue Navigator only configure to display certain custom fields? User picker not being one of them?
Any ideas?

Nope you can still configure the custom field type user picker related in the issue navigator and it should be something like the following (JQL):
Responsible Manager in (admin)
