Issue Type Scheme issue, i can't associate to any project.

Hi All,

My Jira Default Issue Type Scheme isn't the Default Anymore and i can't assign any project to It or Any otther Issue Type Scheme.

It's like my Jira was corrupted by something. Any time i try this i receive this:

com.atlassian.jira.util.dbc.Assertions$NullArgumentException: config should not be null!

Maybe if i "reset" the default issue type scheme on Database would resolve, but i don't know how to do it,

Maybe i'm wrong, any Ideas?

Well, i ran a old JIRA backup and it's worked.
Unfortunately i don't know why this happened on JIRA.

Try Integrity Checker first. It may fix this issue.

i ran the integrity checker and nothing changed.
