Issue adding confluence app

We're looking to add confluence to Jira but keep getting a message about payment.

Can someone let me know how to add this app as there are no outstanding invoices like it says.

I would suspect confluence would have been deactivated in your site due to some payment and hence when you are trying to add the product it doesnt allow you

The billing team can help reactive the product and if you need it to be free they can help you maintain the free plan
