Issue collector at jira

Hello, 

We are trying to add an issue collector, but when we push the button submit the page makes the refresh but don't save nothing.
We already change the option allow assigned issues at system configuration, but still not working.
The issue has required fields, maybe is this the problem?

The first suggestion is to add the issue collector into Jira's announcement banner - this will help determine whether it's an environment issue or something with the issue collector itself.
